MyHousing ApplyOnline for Students

This web interface allows your students to apply for housing on-line. The student enters his/her campus student number, and the system searches for a match in your campus-wide student information system or another set source. You have complete control over which students are allowed to apply on-line.

The students are then able to enter their personal preferences, such as musical taste and other personal preferences as well as room preferences. When they submit the application, the student's data is imported into the housing database. Preferences are captured, and the date-time, down to the exact second that the application was submitted is stored. The system also runs any student flags you may have established within The Housing Director to determine if this student is supposed to receive housing. This can be based on any criteria, including whether the student has paid their housing deposit.
