Health and Counseling Module

The Health & Counseling module allows you to track and report student health information, including history and immunizations, physician’s visit and medication. The software gives you the ability to customize items such as: ICD9 codes, health evaluation questions, health referral types, family history types, health history questions, extra immunization types, special services offered, and more. Then, for each appointment, track ICD9 codes, provider information, lab tests conducted, medication given special services rendered, referrals made, etc.

The counseling part of the software lets you track therapist sessions, issues involved, and group presentations/sessions. Customize such items as: group types, client status, appointment and contact types, all possible issues involved, appointment information and the referral source, therapists involved and the therapist’s report. Groups rosters for support groups can also be tracked.

Both areas have reporting features which allows you to export reports to text delimited files, Run reports on all fields including customized fields and save reports for re-use.

Health
