Guest Pass Tracker

With the Guest Pass Tracker you can establish the rules and manage all processes related to host/guest privileges such as setting guest privilege rules, including max # of guests, consecutive nights, x days out every y days, etc. You may create and print guest passes, check for validation, enter fines for "no-shows," and check for guest aliases. Track host information, including roommates and custom fields and have the ability to suspend guest privileges or ban a specific guest. A detailed report generator is also included.
